How to initiate a refund
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods you received, please contact us through the customer service email and submit your order details. We will reply you as soon as possible and inform you of the details of the return shipping process.

The following reasons are all within our 30-day return/exchange policy. (We will be responsible for the replacement cost)
1. The product customization information does not match or the customization is wrong.
2. We sent the wrong order or item, you received any damaged items, or the product you received is defective.
3. The picture or text is not clear.
4. The size is wrong or does not match.
The following reasons are not within our 30-day return policy. We are not responsible for these issues.
1. Products that exceed the return processing time limit (30 days after the order is initiated).
2. Non-quality issues for personalized products.
3. Products damaged due to misuse, improper operation or poor maintenance.
4. Items washed, worn, soiled and damaged by customers. Personal items such as pajamas, swimsuits, socks, etc. for safety and hygiene reasons.
5. The selected product size is not suitable.
6. Due to personal reasons such as changes in personal taste.
Return and Exchange Notes
1. The returned goods should be new and unworn. The goods should be in the original condition when you received them.
2. For personalized products, if you need to exchange the product or replace the personalized content, you need to pay 30% of the product price as a re-customization fee.
3. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on this page. If you have any questions about this policy or any of our other policies, please contact our customer service.
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate a refund for your transaction. If an exchange is required, we will update your details and send you the correct product. In either case, your return or exchange will be processed within 1-2 weeks of us receiving your return package.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
If the value of the item you are shipping is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Delays in receiving your order
If you do not receive your product and cannot track it, we recommend that you contact us by email so that we can provide you with the correct details. We will take such issues seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Once our customer service approves your request, the return will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your package. The money will be transferred to your original payment account (approximately 5-7 business days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: All PayPal payments can only be refunded through PayPal. All debit or credit card payments will be refunded to the original debit or credit card only.
Shipping refunds: The original shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded. Although you may enjoy free or discounted shipping, the original shipping costs will apply to each order. Therefore, we will not refund our original shipping costs.
Special Notes
Due to the fact that the products are displayed online at different screen resolutions, the color or design of the delivered products may be different from the actual color. Customers are requested to read all details and disclaimers on the product page before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation within 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this period, cancellation will incur a restocking/handling fee even if the order has not been shipped.
2. Orders cancelled within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will receive a partial refund, including full shipping costs and 70% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after payment confirmation will receive a partial refund, including full shipping costs and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
